There are some last minute preparations that need to be done to make sure your wedding is a total success. Remember most of these things listed should already be planned out already, but you want to check on these to make sure everything is going as planned.
1. Cake decorater is preparing your cake.
2. Venue is scheduled and time set.
3. Dresses and tuxedos ordered (and everything fits).
4. Rehearsal Day to go over ceremony, pairing of party, music.
5. Seating, charts made out.
6. Go over order of events with officiant and last minute changes are made.
7. Make sure singers have their music, readers have their material ready
8. Have a coordinator tell people when to march in & what song to march in to.
9. Call photographer, band, caterer to make sure everything is set.
10. Bride and groom to pack for the honeymoon
11. Bride to decide how she will arrive at the venue.
12. DJ or band has their equipment ready to go.
13. Marriage License ready to be signed.
14. Rings are ready to take to venue.
15. Florist ready to deliver flowers to venue.
16. Appointments made for hair and makeup
17. Change of clothes for bride and groom for reception or when leaving.
18. Jewelry, makeup, stylers ready.
19. Programs made for wedding
20. Decorators ready to decorate the venue.
